Your local bereavement support program

Bereavement service providers specialise in assisting the bereaved to deal with grief from the loss of a loved one and to go through a painful but a natural and healing grieving process.

North Ryde Community Aid offers a program of support for those who have experienced the death of someone close. This program focuses on a range of bereavement related issues including understanding what happens when we grieve, and explores constructive ways you can come to terms with the challenges of loss.

To provide an opportunity for grieving people to come together in a mutually supportive environment, the program is structured around a small group setting. The program is operated three times a year, running over 7-8 weeks, on consecutive Saturday mornings. Places are limited so early registration of interest is recommended.
