Headstones & Plaques Transcriptions

The Society of Australian Genealogists completed a transcription of Macquarie Park Cemetery’s 75,000 headstones and plaques in 2001, sometimes supplementing headstone information with further details obtained from burial records. The resulting Data-CD was first published in 2003. The CD provided search results by surname, forename, inscription or year of burial and each entry shows the complete transcription plus individual grave locations.
